KALEY CUOCO is on the show!!! Whaaattt???!!! Oh my gosh, I was so excited when she said she would come on the show.

I’m lucky enough to call Kaley a friend and I have to say she is one of the most loyal, kind-hearted and generous people I have ever met.

She really needs no introduction but Kaley, is an actor and producer. In the late 90’s, she landed her breakthrough role as Bridget Hennessy on the sitcom 8 Simple Rules but she is best known for playing Penny for 12 seasons on the mega-hit TV show The Big Bang Theory, which is the longest running sitcom in U.S. history.

Since Big Bang ended last year she started her own production company -Yes Norman Productions (named after her beloved dog) and is currently working on various projects including a TV series for HBO Max called the flight attendant and is the voice of Harley Quinn on the animated series.

One of the things I’m most inspired by in Kaley is her love and passion for animals. She devotes a huge amount of her time and resources advocating for animal rights, promoting animal adoption and has a whole slew of animals herself. If you’re an animal enthusiast you have to follow her on Instagram.

In today’s show we explore

  • Life after The Big Bang theory
  • How she has stayed so grounded and “normal” in show business
  • One of her most pivotal moments in life that nearly ended her acting career
  • The value of loyalty
  • Her passion for rescuing animals and being an animal advocate
  • What she believes her true purpose is
  • And much much more

Brooklyn Decker is a powerhouse. As a former model, actress, philanthropist, entrepreneur, mom of two and wife, she has no shortage of talent or drive.

As a model she graced the cover of Sports Illustrated in 2010.

As an actress she is currently playing Mallory on the hit Netflix series Grace and Frankie, which is the longest running show on Netflix.

In 2017 she added tech entrepreneur to her resume starting the company Finery, a brilliant app to help people manage their wardrobes, which she’s since sold.

And she is the loving mother of a 4-year-old son Hank and a 2-year-old daughter Stevie.

As a philanthropist she is passionate about so many causes and is constantly giving back.

During this pandemic she has been giving out gift certificates to help feed people, supporting and promoting small businesses and the Andy Roddick Foundation is raising money through its Family Emergency Fund https://www.arfoundation.org/family-emergency-fund to support families in need in Austin, Texas.

She’s hilarious, down to earth and a genuinely compassionate person. As a new mom myself, I’m even more amazed by how she manages to fit so much onto her plate with two kids.

How does she do it??

In today’s episode we chat about…

  • Life during the quarantine
  • Challenges and fears that come up being a parent during this pandemic
  • Brook’s journey in her professional career
  • What it’s like working alongside icons like Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin
  • What it looks like being a working mom
  • How being a parent has changed her
  • And much much more

Hope you guys enjoy being a fly on the wall for this convo :) it was truly cathartic for me. Thanks Brook! Enjoy the show.
